This site collects as little as possible, and what it collects is used only to answer you.
What is collected
The contact form collects the name, organization, email address, inquiry type, message, and optional referral source that you choose to submit. Nothing else is requested and nothing is inferred.
How it is used
Submissions are delivered by email to Hali O'Malley and are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Information is not sold, rented, shared with third parties for their own purposes, or added to a mailing list. There is no newsletter.
Tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no third-party analytics scripts, and does not fingerprint visitors. A single browser storage value records your light or dark theme preference; it stays on your device and is never transmitted.
Processing and retention
The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and standard server request logs on its infrastructure. Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed to handle the correspondence and any resulting professional relationship.
Your choices
To request a copy of what has been retained about you, or to have it deleted, email hali@preceptum.com. Requests are handled within thirty days.
